On average clothes are ready in 24 hours.  It can be sooner but we can not always guarantee it.  If you have special timing requirements please let us know and we can try to work with you.  Please note that orders are processed in the order that they are received.

Need it sooner? Same-day service is available for $0.50 per pound on drop-off and pickup & delivery orders we receive by 11:00 AM.

We work to the highest standard to take care in cleaning your garments and maintain our equipment free of defects or damage.  We can not assume responsibility for weaknesses in materials, defects in materials, workmanship that is not apparent prior to processing.  We ask customers to make sure to empty all their pockets prior to giving us their laundry.  We do not take responsibility for damage to your clothing from items left in your pockets (Chapstick, pens, lighters, pens, etc.)

In order to receive reimbursement, any damaged items must be reported in writing to 14thlaundry@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the completed order.  All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All decisions on damaged items are in 14th Laundry’s sole discretion and are final. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and to the extent permitted under applicable law:

1. Any reimbursement for a dry-cleaning item deemed damaged by 14th Laundry shall be limited to and shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the damaged item (not inclusive of tax and other fees) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment, or $100, whichever is lower. 
2. Any reimbursement for a wash and fold item deemed damaged by 14th Laundry shall be limited to and shall not exceed ten (10) times the weight of the item multiplied by the charge per pound of wash and fold (not inclusive of tax and other fees) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment, or $100, whichever is lower. 
3. In the rare case, we lose your laundry (due to theft, fire, etc.) we will reimburse your cost, however, no more than $5/ pound laundry is lost and to a maximum of $100 per order.

In order to make your drop-off experience as fast as possible, we reserve the right to adjust the price once we go through your clothing.

For drop-off laundry:

We will add a surcharge for items such as blankets and comforters.   A comprehensive price list is above. We will do our best to inform you of these changes but we can not guarantee it.

For dry cleaning:

Dry cleaning is not processed on-site.  We utilize an outside processor.  Prices will be adjusted in the event that an item was misidentified or requires special processing.  We will try to do our best to inform you of any potential price change, but that is not guaranteed.  Our prices are found in the above list and if you have any questions you can ask the attendant or email us at 14thlaundry@gmail.com for clarification or to verify the pricing.

This is our policy to ensure we treat your clothing with the best possible care and to keep our standards as high as possible.

All complaints and claims for refunds can be made to the attendant or, if an attendant is
